I dropped my phone in the water and I have read that putting my phone in a bag of rice will fix it?
- if you have dropped your phone in the water, the first thing that you should is removed the battery if possible. if you are unable to remove the battery, you should contact us asap so that we can take your phone apart and clean it properly. Putting your phone in a bag of rice will do absolutely nothing to prevent water damaged to your phone. Even though some will argue that the rice will wick out the water from the phone, it is not the water that we are concerned about but rather we are concerned about all the minerals that left behind once the water evaporates.

I have been told that my iphone 4 LCD must be replaced at the same time than my touch screen even tough it is not broken. Why?
- That is correct. Since the Iphone 4 was released, the LCD and touch screen are now fused together and cannot be separated. This was done to eliminate the problem with dust getting trapped between the LCD and touch screen of the previous version of Iphones and also the Ipod touches.

- No. As long as we can find parts for your device, we can fix it. We repair GPS, PSP, Nintendo DS, Laptop and macbook.

My son has disabled his ipod by entering the wrong password too many times. I tried restoring it in itunes but i need the password before I can restore it. Can you please help me?
- Yes we can help you. Bring your ipod to us and we will remove the password
